Black opal in an ornate 18ct yellow gold setting surmounted by a mille grain set diamond, the opal 12.35 carats, the brilliant cut diamond .26 carats and mille grain set in 18ct white gold, with an 18ct yellow gold trace chain; approx. 27 mm by 16.5 mm.
