A stunning antique sapphire and diamond pendant. The central 7.00ct natural no heat oval cornflower blue sapphire is encompassed within an openwork 18ct white gold surround crafted with naturalistic inspiration and set with rose-cut and old-cut diamonds. Presented on an 18ct white gold chain. Circa 1900.
