Vintage 2ct Natural Zambian Emerald and 4.5ct Diamond Cluster Drop Earrings in Platinum

A spectacular pair of mid 20th century emerald and diamond cluster earrings. The octagonal-shaped step-cut emeralds are a natural intensely saturated green with that special blue overtone found only in top quality Emeralds and are believed to be of Zambian origin, and are surrounded by 4.50 carats of top-quality sparkling round brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum. Circa 1950’s.
