An elegant antique Edwardian diamond and pearl engagement ring comprised of a central pearl with two old European cut diamond vertical shoulders in an illusion setting, framed by two decimal shaped, diamond set surrounds. Beautifully crafted in 18ct yellow gold and silver.
Condition: excellent condition
Period: ca. 1910
Material: Silver on top and backed with 18ct yellow gold.
Diamonds: Two old European cut diamonds with a total estimated weight of approx. 0.16ct. and six rose cut diamonds and senailles.
A senaille is a simplified rose cut diamond, a small diamond chip with perhaps a few polished facets. We do not have the weight of the rose cuts diamonds nor the senailles which is normal in our trade when it comes to rose cut diamonds and senailles.
Note: All diamond weights, colour grades and clarity are approximate since the stones were not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.
