Antique Victorian Red Enamel, Diamond and Pearl Bow Brooch

This sweet Late Victorian brooch has a red enamel ribbon with white dots and and old brilliant cut diamond centre, all in 18ct gold. The pearl is a later additional which is detachable by a fitting at the back and swings securely when the brooch is fasten.
