Antique French Art Nouveau Gold Locket with Hidden Mirror

A unique antique French Art Nouveau gold locket featuring a hidden mirror. To the front of this lovely 18ct yellow gold locket is a portrait of a lady, beautifully decorated with five rose-cut diamonds. The locket then slides open to reveal a hidden mirror. Crafted in France, circa 1900.

Technique: Instead of with the usual hinge, this locket slides open.

Diamond(s): Five rose cut diamonds and senailles. A senaille is a simplified rose cut diamond, a small diamond chip with perhaps a few polished facets. We do not have the weight of the rose cuts diamonds nor the senailles which is normal in our trade when it comes to rose cut diamonds and senailles.
