A sweet antique sapphire and diamond ring with an oval sapphire to a double cluster of early brilliant cut and old mine cut diamonds in the shape of a heart set in silver. On either side are diamond set shoulders that lead to a tapering gold band. The diamonds are estimated to weigh 0.60 carats.
