Chopard

Chopard started as watch makers established in the mid 19th Century by  Louis Ulysse Chopard in the traditional Swiss watch making  town of Sonvilier  in the  Jura.

The firm’s reputation for fine quality time pieces was soon secured.

Paul Louis Chopard succeeded his father in 1915 and the company later moved to Geneva.

Today the business is still a family owned concern, the second generation of the Scheufele family have expanded their repertoire to include fine jewellery and sports watches.
