Castellani, Fortunato Pio Castellani, Italian goldsmith active in the 19th C creating finely crafted pieces in the classical style with many archaeological motifs such as amphoras fibulas and ancient coins, he revived the art of applying gold granulation that had not been in use since the ancient Etruscans. On his death the business was continued by sons Alessandro and Augusto
