Van Cleef & Arpels sapphire and diamond Papillons ring. The beautifully hand crafted 18ct yellow gold fluted shank contains a vivid blue sapphire and fine white brilliant cut diamonds set so they resemble the shape of a butterfly.

Signed and hallmarked on the inside of the band: 750, VCA, with the serial number B 5277 F 1 69.
