Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Requesting a Refund

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and receive a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

The easiest way to begin a return is to contact us directly. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on the appropriate return method.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

UK Returns

For returns within the United Kingdom, please send your item using Royal Mail Special Delivery with full tracking and insurance to ensure it reaches us safely.

Items returned without tracking or insurance are sent at the customer's risk. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped to qualify for a refund.

EU Returns

Customers within the European Union should contact us before returning an item.

We can provide a DHL return label to ensure your item is returned securely.

• DHL return label fee: £30 / $40 USD
• The cost of the label can be deducted directly from your refund.

We can arrange for a DHL courier to collect the parcel from your chosen address, or you may drop it off at a DHL service point.

Items returned without tracking or insurance are sent at the customer's risk. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

International Returns (Including USA, Australia & Rest of World)

If you are located outside the UK or EU, please contact us before returning your item.

We can provide a DHL return label for secure international returns.

• DHL return label fee: £40 / $50 USD
• The cost of the label can be deducted directly from your refund.

We can arrange collection from your chosen address or provide details of your nearest DHL drop-off location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition.
• Include all original packaging, boxes, certificates and documentation where applicable.
• Be sent using a tracked, insured and signed-for delivery service.
• Be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.

The return shipping method must be agreed with us in advance to avoid customs duties, taxes or additional charges. Any such charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Rings that have been resized or altered.
• Items that have been damaged after delivery.
• Customised or personalised items.
• Bespoke or made-to-order pieces.
• Any item that has been modified at the customer's request.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
