A late Art Deco Van Cleef & Arpels Art Deco Ruby and Diamond Tie Pin. The central diamond set oval panel is surrounded by a calibre-cut ruby border above and below and an Asscher-cut diamond to each side with rose-cut diamond accents. Circa 1930's.

Accompanied with original fitted box.
