Vintage Sapphire Diamond Gold Quatrefoil Earrings

A pair of sapphire and diamond statement clip earrings, each earring has a diamond with cabochon sapphire cluster within a gold quatrefoil border. The sapphires are estimated to weigh a total of 4.50cts and the diamonds a further total of 0.15ct. To the reverse of the earrings is 'ITALY 18Kt' and '750' stamp and the metal tests as 18ct gold.
