Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Heart Pendant

A beautiful sapphire and diamond heart pendant set in 18ct yellow and white gold. The pendant depicts a heart motif, centrally rub over set with a Australian blue heart cut sapphire and surrounded by 36 round brilliant cut diamonds. The heart hangs from a matching pave set diamond bail. Once on the pendant truly comes to life. The sapphire stands out beautifully on the neck and the diamonds highlight the dark blue colouring. There is an estimated sapphire weight of 0.46 carats. There is an estimated diamond weight of 0.30 carats, estimated G-H in colour with VS clarity. Chain in not included with the price of this pendant.
