A colourful 18ct yellow gold, ruby, diamond and enamel heart-shaped pendant or clip for pearls. This vintage piece probably dates from the 1980s, stylistically redolent of that era. With an estimated total of 2.50ct of diamonds, all brilliant-cut and claw set in a heart-shaped setting. An enamelled teal blue bi- section completes the design. The piece can be threaded onto a chain and also clipped onto pearls to give two very different looks. NB. The chain pictured is not included. • CONDITION - Very good, the piece shows very little signs of wear. The heart-shaped, mixed cut ruby is a lovely rich purplish-red with all facets in excellent order. The diamonds are all well matched, present and securely set in their claw settings. The enamel is intact with no signs of damage or chipping. Overall a delightful pendant.
