Vintage Pomellato Convertible Twisted Hoop Earrings

These fabulous earrings are firstly composed of a chunky round twisted hoop. Suspending from the hoop is a detachable polish yellow gold drop which freely hangs and adds to the overall design of the earrings. The hoops are then secured to reverse with a yellow gold post and omega clip fitting.
