Vintage Piaget Ruby and Diamond Cluster Dress Ring

A striking and unique Piaget ring. The central 1.78ct cushion-cut ruby is four-claw set with three perfectly matched diamonds to each side and a smaller diamond top and bottom, all within a zig-zag outer border of channel-set square princess-cut diamonds. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold.
