Vintage Oval Ruby and Diamond Cluster Platinum Ring

This delicate cluster ring has an oval cut bright red ruby centre with a surround of ten brilliant cut diamonds, all claw set in platinum. The cluster measures approximately 7.45mm x 8.70mm and leads to a tapering platinum band. Inside the band is '0.46 0.23' and 'Pt 900' and the ring is in excellent condition.
