The central 1.33ct old mine cut diamond is securely 8 claw set and flanked by two other perfectly matched old mine cut side stones, set identically in 7 claw open back settings. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold, the shoulders are beautifully decorated with an intricate fleur-de-lis motif.
