Vintage Old European Cut Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring, Circa 1940s

A stunning, mid 20th century, retro diamond engagement ring. The single stone old European-cut diamond is bezel set with delicate millegrain edging. Mounted in 18ct rose gold with striking knife edge shoulders. Circa 1940's.

Diamond: approx. 1.25 carats (looks like 1.50 carats by spread), measuring 7.4mm diameter, with H/I colour and VVS clarity
Ring size: N 3/4 (UK) / 7 (US), can be resized
