Vintage Lalaounis Enamel and Gold Cross Mandala Brooch

A striking Etruscan Revival brooch by Lalaounis, depicting a central cross surrounded Mandala style domes and circles, all decorated in multi-coloured enamel work.

Circa 1950's/1960's.

This early brooch from the Greek designer Ilias Lalaounis drew inspiration from Classical, Hellenistic and Minoan - Mycenaean art ('Archeological Collection').
