A beautiful Omega ladies 18ct white gold and diamond cocktail wristwatch. The 20mm silvered oval dial features applied baton hour markers and a diamond-set bezel. Powered by a manual winding movement. The case, dial & movement are all signed Omega. The masterfully crafted integrated mesh link bracelet has the ‘Ω’ symbol applied to the buckle. Circa 1970's.
