Vintage Italian Ruby and Diamond Swirl Cluster Earrings

A striking pair of ruby and diamond cluster earrings, set with rich red Burma rubies and sparkling early brilliant-cut diamonds in an eye-catching swirl Catherine wheel design. Mounted in 18ct white and yellow gold. Secured with post and clip fittings. Presented in vintage fitted box. Circa 1960's.

Rubies: approx. 4.00 carat total, verbal confirmation that rubies are of Burma origin and predominately unheated. A certificate can be obtained on request at purchase.
Diamonds: approx. 4.50 carat total, F/G colour with VS clarity
