A beautiful vintage Italian chunky twisted link necklace set in 18ct yellow gold.

The piece is composed of a number of oval links connected together in a subtle twisted design. The necklace is secured with a beautiful pave set diamond clasp set with 48 round brilliant cut diamonds.
