Vintage Hammered Gold Cufflinks with Sapphire and Diamond

A pair of Austrian sapphire, diamond and gold cufflinks. The central high domed cabochon sapphires are surrounded by old-cut diamonds, all set within hammered gold low oval domes. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold, with bar fittings. Circa 1980's.
