A striking bi-coloured 18ct gold tank bracelet, crafted from 18ct rose gold and 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1930s.

Following the end of World War I, the rise of the machine in warfare, notably the tank, was to have an effect even on jewellery design.

This is a fine example of 'machine age' jewellery design from its most productive period in the 1930's.
