Vintage French 2.00ct Princess Cut Diamond Gold Bombe Ring

An 18ct yellow gold dome ring designed in a checkerboard fashion, set with seven collet-set princess-cut diamonds and eight round brilliant cut diamonds.

A striking ring, the head meeting the shoulders in a gently geometric form, reminiscent of the 1940s, to a tapering shank.

Marked with the eagle’s head for 18ct gold and French manufacture, but no makers mark is visible.
