The pendant depicts a coffin motif, decorated to the front with 84 round brilliant cut diamonds and engraved sides. Uniquely, when opened the coffin reveals a lying skeleton, witch a cheeky surprise made of brushed and polished yellow gold. The pendant hangs from a split bail.
