A beautiful vintage Chaumet Paris sapphire and diamond ring set in 18 carat yellow gold. The ring is designed in a slightly raised bombé design and is centrally set with a rub over set sapphire. To either side of the sapphire are fluted shoulders pavé set with diamonds.
