Vintage Cartier Bombé Gem Ring

A beautiful Cartier London Turban Ring, dating from 1990, pavé set with brilliant cut diamonds, with alternate rows of square cut sapphires, emeralds and rubies.
As with a top brand this ring is as well finished to the reverse, with honeycomb settings, and is fully signed within the shank 'Cartier London'. It comes in the original box.
