An elegant, late 20th century, Bvlgari ruby and diamond set band ring. The handcrafted solid 18ct white gold band showcases a central oval-cut natural pigeon blood red ruby, accented with pave-set round brilliant-cut diamond-set shoulders. Circa 1980.
