Natural Burma Ruby and Diamond Cluster Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold. A beautifully faceted oval vivid red Burma ruby, with subtle pink tones, is surrounded by 14 round old-cut diamonds. The ruby weighs 1.34ct (8.9 x 6.0 x 2.2mm), is unheated, and features small natural inclusions that are not visible to the naked eye. The stones are claw set in a pierced gallery mound, with the head of the ring measuring 12mm x 14mm.
