A vintage, Austrian, jardinière brooch, with a carved watermelon tourmaline representing the vase, the gold flower petals have a brushed finish and are set with tourmalines in various shades of green, yellow, brown and pink. One of the flowers is mounted in white gold and set with round brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in 14ct gold, with Austrian horse head marks, circa 1965.
