Vintage Aquamarine and Diamond Etruscan Inspired Gold Band Ring

A unique Etruscan inspired dress ring crafted in 9ct yellow and white gold, featuring a central vibrant oval aquamarine in a raised rub-over white gold setting flanked by two similarly set round brilliant cut diamonds amongst a scattering of polished 18ct yellow gold balls. To the top and bottom of the ring is an elegant polished yellow gold rim which perfectly contrasted the brushed yellow gold centre.
