Vintage Akoya Pearl Two Row Necklace with Diamond Clasp, Circa 1940s

A graduated double row of Akoya cultured pearls on a diamond set clasp. The platinum and white gold clasp set with old cut diamonds, total weight approx 0.25 carats. A lovely vintage example from the 1940's, in excellent condition, newly restrung with knots.

The pearls of cream colour with pink undertones, good bright lustre, of regular round shape, free from blemishes.
Graduating from 5mm up to 9mm.
Shortest row 18 inches including clasp.
