Vintage 7 carat Ceylon Sapphire and Diamond Ring

A fine blue cushion shaped sapphire and diamond ring, the ring has been set with a cushion shape sapphire to the centre in a claw setting and is estimated is weigh 7 carats flanked by two round cut diamonds to each side in am milliegrain setting in platinum and to a plain platinum band. The ring sits nice and low on the finger.
