A unique, vintage 2-in-1 diamond brooch. The central panel features 6.05 carats of brilliant and marquise-cut diamonds mounted in 18ct white gold, around which is an abstract 18ct yellow gold frame.

This outer yellow gold frame can be removed, allowing the brooch to be worn in two ways.

Tested positive for 18ct gold.
