Vintage 6ct Cabochon Natural Ruby and Diamond Double Cluster Ring

Vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring. The central 6cts oval cabochon-cut natural red ruby is surrounded by a double halo of brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum and 14ct white gold, with a diamond accent to each shoulder. Circa 1970's.

Ruby: approx. 6.00 carats, measuring 12 x 7.5 x 6mm
Diamonds (38): approx. 1.14 carat total, F/G colour and VS1 clarity
Metals: Crown tested positive in 14ct gold, Shank tested positive for 75% platinum,
