Vintage 3.91ct Natural No Heat Sapphire and Diamond Three Stone Engagement Ring

A mid 20th century sapphire and diamond trilogy ring. The central 3.91ct natural blue sapphire is flanked either side by a old mine-cut diamond, claw set and mounted to an 18ct yellow gold band.

Sapphire: approx. 3.91 carats, natural and unenhanced with Basaltic origin
Diamonds: approx. 1.70 carat total (0.85 carats each), I colour with VS/SI clarity
Ring size: O (UK) / 7 (US) / 17.25mm, can be resized
Gross weight: 5.22 grams
