A striking rubellite and diamond cluster ring; featuring a central large oval cushion-shaped vivid red tourmaline surrounded by a border of round brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in 18ct white gold. Circa 1960.

Rubellite: (red tourmaline), 25.00 carats, measuring 22.99 x 15.85mm. No indication of treatment.
