Vintage 1950s Ruby and Diamond Heart and Arrow Ring

A platinum and white gold ring, the central heart design featuring a round old-cut ruby surrounded by pavé set diamonds. The heart is pierced by an arrow set with a sugarloaf cut ruby and in the point and diamonds in the tail of the arrow.
