Vintage 17.50ct Aquamarine Sapphire Diamond Cluster Pendant

A striking, mid 20th century statement pendant. The central 17.50 carat emerald-cut aquamarine is surrounded by square faceted French-cut natural sapphires, all within an outer border of round brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum and 18ct white and yellow gold. Circa 1960.

Aquamarine: 17.50 carats, measuring 21.4 x 12.9mm, natural sky blue colour
Sapphires: 6.00 carat total
Diamonds: 2.20 carat total, F/G colour with VVS clarity
Metals: platinum and 18ct gold
Italian Assay mark on reverse of bail
Dimensions: 45 x 29mm (including bail)
