A striking vintage Italian tuxedo cufflinks dress set/suite, comprised of a pair of cufflinks and two buttons. Each piece features a central sugarloaf cabochon-cut natural sapphire surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum. Circa 1970.

Sapphires (6): approx. 11.40 carat total, measuring 7 x 6mm and 5 x 4mm on average
Diamonds (92): approx. 2.50 carat total, F/G colour with VVS clarity
