A sweet vintage diamond pave set heart suspended on a diamond cut belcher chain, the brilliant cut diamonds are estimated to weigh 1.25ct. There is a '750' stamp by the chain and the metal tests as 18ct white gold. This necklace can be worn at 15" or with the extension chain 18.25".
