Antique Victorian 15ct yellow gold brooch / pendant with carnelian cameo.

Depicting a scene of a maiden receiving flowers from an angel, and a cherub delivering a basket of fruits.

Made in England Circa 1870's

No hallmarks due to it's age, has been tested positive for 15ct gold.
