An antique turquoise and diamond cluster ring with a round cut diamond centre to a surround of six cabochon turquoises framed by more diamonds to diamonds set shoulders. The diamonds are estimated to weigh a total of 0.30ct and all the gemstones are silver set to a gold mount.
