Victorian Antique Garnet and Diamond Star Locket Pendant

A 15ct gold Victorian oval pendant set with a large deep red carbuncle garnet encrusted with a six pointed diamond star. The star is composed of a central larger cushion-shaped old mine-cut diamond surrounded by six smaller rose-cut diamonds. The bail is also set with a matching garnet, cut to fit the pointed sides perfectly.
