A superb pair of Dutch, late 19th century, 14ct yellow gold fine filigree drop earrings with articulated, chain link tassels. The very fine filigree and cannetille work is evidence of a master jeweller the technique demands an exceptionally high level of precision from the craftsman. Circa 1880.

• Hallmark: Dutch oak leaf mark (1852-1906) for 14ct gold, makers mark illegible. Tested throughout as 14ct gold
• Dimensions: 44mm x 14mm
• Gross weight: 3.65 grams
• Condition: In excellent condition commensurate with age and use. The filigree and cannetille remains in excellent condition, these have clearly been very well looked after. All tassels present. With hooks for pierced ears.
