Superb 19th century sentimental heart pendant-come-brooch, featuring a central heart carved moonstone surrounded by old mine-cut diamonds with an outer edge of natural baby pearls. Suspended on original antique silver chain inter-spaced by group of three pearls alternating one pearl.

• Moonstone: approx. 3.00 carats, measuring 11.1 x 10.8mm
• Diamonds (27): approx. 1.40 carat total, G colour with VVS/SI clarity
• Pearls around Heart: 9 natural not nucleated salt water peals ranging from 2.80 to 3.1 mm in diameter
• Pearls on Chain: 28 natural not nucleated salt water peals of 3 mm. in diameter on the chain (average)
