Victorian Antique Cabochon Garnet and Diamond Fringe Tassel Pendant

A late 19th century, early Victorian pendant. A large cabochon garnet is elegantly framed in radiant yellow gold and adorned with a sparkling halo of silver-set diamonds. Suspended below are seven gold tassels, each embellished with diamonds that catch the light with movement. Accented with a diamond-set bail. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1870.
